I went there today to get my prescription filled, and I dealt with a pharmacist named Jessica Szamboti. She was so rude that I had to call corporate on her. When she found out I was on the phone with corporate because I told her that I was calling corporate, she refused to fill my Modafinil prescription and would not give me an excuse for why she refused service for me. Thank God, corporate helped me through this situation and let me go to a different giant pharmacy location. I feel like I was racially profiled. I understand frustration while being busy, but she totally took it out on me a loyal customer for years with that supermarket that’s around the corner from my home and been going to the pharmacy also so unprofessional and rude I couldn’t believe it I wouldn’t advise anyone unless you’re outside of the African-American race to go there.

This is a review of the pharmacy only. While the drive-through is convenient and will accommodate two cars simultaneously, the customer service usually leaves a lot to be desired. The males who work there really, really, really need their customer service skills to improve. I have encountered this issue on more than one occasion, so I feel pretty safe in writing this review. For example, once they forgot to include Provigil in my order. Overall, Student Health Care Center Pharmacy can provide you with your prescription in a timely manner. However, the interpersonal skills of more than one employee need to be improved.
I’m 56, and I was in a car accident on the 15th of Feb and with broken legs, a sprained shoulder, and two fractured wrists. I really needed help. The hospital didn’t give my wrist braces. They said to go to Winn-Dixie Pharmacy. A young gentleman helped me with my braces and other items I needed. His customer service was amazing and made me feel like I was being helped. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.
If I could rate this whack A S S pharmacy any negative stars, I would. My husband had a prescription for two items. The pharmacist gave him 1 of the items that were around $33. Husband paid for it and realized Modafinil was missing. I called the pharmacist back to the counter and asked about it. The pharmacist said there was another item, but it was expensive. He assumed he couldn’t pay for it or something? Without even checking with my husband first. Save yourself the headache of dealing with subpar customer service and go somewhere else where they give you all your prescriptions the first time around.
